Thus, the urgent need for efforts that ensures information verification and integrity through the Africa Fact-Checking Fellowship in Cameroon, to ensure the promotion and protection of democratic processes and freedom of expression; prerequisites for a peaceful society.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The fellowship in\u00a0other words, aims\u00a0at equipping\u00a0fellows with practical tools to respond to evolving digital threats with special emphasis\u00a0placed\u00a0on\u00a0elections-related\u00a0information disorders, where false narratives,\u00a0deep-fakes, propaganda, and coordinated influence campaigns increasingly threaten peace, democratic participation, and social cohesion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Who
